Home School Days at the Museum
Welcome to our Homeschool Days Program for 2008
At the American Presidents Museum, each month we host Home School Day with activities throughout the museum. Each date offers a different educational theme, such as Lewis and Clark; Pioneer and Colonial History, Symbols of Freedom, or Civil War Days and the programs and activities are available for children studying at levels K - 2, 3rd – 5th and 6th – 8th .
Pre-registration and prepayment are required. Early registration is suggested, as each Home School/Family Day Program is limited to 35 children and are typically full well before the date of the event.

An adult must accompany all children. Home school groups must have a minimum of one adult per four children. Toddlers must be in a stroller – there is no day care service provided.
Parking and Arrival: there is ample parking on-site. Enter through the restaurant level main entry. A registration area will be set up in the museum. The Museum is at the top of the grand staircase. An elevator available and is located to the right of the staircase.
We ask that cell phones are silenced in the museum, and calls, if necessary are taken outside.
