Status of Current Orders

Most items are in stock and usually ship within four business days. Items that are not in stock are each marked with an "availability date". If the order is of a time-sensitive nature (i.e. birthday, special event) please indicate the date by which you must receive the order in the "Comments" section on the order form. We will contact you if there will be any problem with fulfillment.

Merchandise Return Policy

Martha & Abigail's Mercantile offers refunds for defective merchandise only. Returns for any other reason will be accepted for store credit only. All returns must be made within fifteen days of receipt. THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY. Please email us before returning any merchandise.

All items are priced according to condition. Prices may vary between the Online Store and our retail locations. We cannnot make adjustments to prices for either reason.

Shipping and Handling

Most orders are shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail. The standard delivery time is between two and five business days from the time that the order is shipped.
